Christmas is going to be a stretch this year...?

You've already got some great suggestions here, and I commend the other answerers for their efforts! In addition, you can have a great Christmas by doing things together as a family. Bake cookies together as a team effort, go sledding or have a snowball fight, drive or walk around looking at the lights, or make ornaments together. Christmas is going to be a strech for most people this year, but it sounds like you're already doing a great job. I do suggest scouring eBay, though as the holidays approach, the prices get higher. Take advantage of free shipping around the holidays at various online stores, as this is usually a money sinkhole. The Salvation Army and other thrift stores also get some really awesome things, it's worth going, maybe even with your kids. Good luck, and Merry Christmas!
