Does this guy where I work like me?

I have noticed a guy where I work who always smiles when he see's me and makes eye contact. He works in a different department but I often p him. He always asks me how I am and we make eye contact and smile. It's often lingering. He has tried to make some conversation with me before by asking me how I use the printer so well as he cant get the hang of it. But that's about it. We always just seem to p each other in corridors etc. Do you reckon he likes me? It's difficult to do anything as we usually see each other in ping
