I need to get my watch adjusted and cleaned?

My watch is to big for my wrist and i need several links taken out and it is made of stainless steal and I would like to have it cleaned. Where would I go to have the watch adjusted and cleaned and about how much would this cost? The watch is a Perry Ellis stainless steel watch
