Okay first of all girl, you are NOT fat. It seems like this guy likes you but has a really immature way of showing it. Guys do that, the old elementary school thing where they tease a girl they like. Clearly you are too good for a guy like that though and you definitely want someone who is more mature about showing that he likes you. Just stay confident in yourself, don't let him make you think you are fat. He is just saying that cause he likes you and probably knows he can't have you. Telling you to wear a skirt is a very perverted way of flirting lol. I would just take everything he says as a compliment and be confident in myself. If you want it to stop just don't react to the stupid things he says. He's just trying to get your attention: don't give him it. Eventually he will see he's not getting to you and try to act either more mature or just stop all together and it'll be good :)
