Tips for Helping Damaged Protien-less Hair?!?

i totally had this happen to me! it sucks and unfortunately there isn't a whole lot you can do . . . however, keep getting hair cuts every 4-6 weeks to get the damaged ends off. Plus start using Paul Mitchell SuperStrong shampoo and conditioners. It's packed w/ protein ( so my stylist says) and should help your hair "heal". good luck!
