Which statistical test to compare two groups with repeated measures within them?

I have a trial in which subjects were allocated either to treatment of placebo, and in both groups measurements were taken before, during and after treatment. So I thought I should do paired t-test for repeated measures, but then how do I compare the two groups? Thanks in advance!
