How do feel about NO JOKER IN BATMAN 3!?

nolan has said the joker will not feature in batman 3, im actually sad and happy, sad becouse he was a great villian, happy becouse i doubt anyone can top it and becouse the only joker that will remain in peoples memory's will be ledgers! what are your thoughts???
