Has anyone ever experianced this?

about 4 hours ago i got a sudden sharp pain in my chest and in my left sholder at the same time it lasted for about 20 secounds and then reappeared about 1 min later and lasted on and off for about one minute. i am 21 years old about a year ago i had an echo on my heart for unrelated stuff heart was fine and healthy did i have a heart attack i feel fine now some wierd feeling in my chest where my heart is but i think that is from pressing it where the pain was i am about 20 lbs over weight from ideal body weight other wise in good physical shape
