Is it true that muslims are allowed to kill anyone who refuses to take up Islam?

If you Hindus have problems with Pakies, why do you hate Muslims? Be more specific. Muslims can't kill anyone for any reason. Pakis and Hindus have always had problems, so don't blame it on the rest of us.
