If I cancelled my daughter's american pport can my lebanese husband take her to lebanon?

My christian lebanese husband swears he would never do this but I'm worried because the laws are different there (not member of Hague convention) and his parents want her to come there again. We were bombed at the airport in 2006 and she still has nightmares and was diagnosed with PTSD. It was unfortunate as I was hoping to enjoy the place where my husband grew up but I had such horrible experiences. Since our trip our marriage has been extremely stressed and I heard him talking to his parents on the phone about taking our daughter there. I'm very scared............any advice??
