Are speed-trap cops little brats who get mad when you eye-ball them?

I don't think they take it personal since they are just following orders, but I do think that you are immature to stare at them since you are daring them to mess with you, but if you continue to do it over and over you will forget and you will be doing 1 or 2 miles over the limit and they will remember that you were the immature guy that dared them to mess with you and the county coffers will be a little more filled with your fine money, since you are a moron.
