I'm starting at a new school tommorow I'm really anxious?!?!?

I'm starting a new school tommorow which is term 4 and I don't know anybody!! I'm really shy and I'm scared that I'm gonna have to sit by myself At recess and lunch. Also what should I do to prepare for tommorow, like whAt should I put in my bag, any other help would be appreciated. Btw I'm in yr 7. Thanks in advance
