reduction aftermath?

My right is very pain full it's not my nipple or the inner chest it is the underline of my right . I had the reduction surgery Feb. 20 2007 and I haven't had any major problems since then but now all of a sudden it's very painful it's actually feels the same way it did the day that I got the surgery like if I lay on my back it hurts very bad to sit up and it's only my right chest like if you had the surgery it is the t line but just in one spot on the side I felt it and my boyfriend feel it and he say he don't feel a lump but it even hurt when I touch it. plus when I touch it it feel like something is there. Plus this side actually took longer to heal than the other side it was actually still pretty numb but now it really hurts what do you guys think I would appreciate any help?
