Which birds are better, parakeets, diamond doves, or finches?

You're not keeping the bird in fish tanks are you? I'd keep them in cages - and use nest boxes for the finches and keets instead. All 3 birds are popular in their own right. Parakeets amuse us playing with toys, while I enjoy listening to finches and doves with their soothing sounds. I have kept finches and doves together but would not put parakeets in with them. If you are breeding do you have an outlet for rehoming the babies as you don't want overcrowded cages if you can't sell them.
