How can i prevent farting during sleep?

So yea, this is pretty embarring, but i've heard that about everyone has it. I'm in my teens and i'm going on a field trip next week with a bunch of my friends. I think that i'm partnered up with my two best friends and we're going to be sleeping in a cabin with people that are from other schools too. Every now and then, i p gas during sleep, but not occasionally. Is there a way to prevent ping gas during sleep? I don't want to get embarred in front of my two best friends and in front of complete strangers. Please help, and i don't plan on getting any gas reduce meds or anything.
